1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading our application, or accessing the services offered on Rummy Mate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Legal Disclaimer.
2. User Eligibility & Jurisdiction
- Age Criteria: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in any real-money games or tournaments.
- Restricted States: Participation in cash contests is strictly prohibited for residents of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, Sikkim, and any other territory where pay-to-play skill games are restricted by law.
- Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring your access complies with all local, state, and national laws.
3. Account Registration & KYC Verification
- One Account Rule: Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual or using false information will be permanently banned.
- KYC Documentation: Users must submit valid government-issued photo identification (PAN Card, Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Driving License) and bank account details prior to processing monetary withdrawals.
- Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.
4. Fair Play & Anti-Cheating Policy
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent behavior, including:
- Using bots, automated scripts, AI tools, or third-party unauthorized software.
- Collusion, intentional chip dumping, or table sharing with other players.
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities or technical bugs.
Violations will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of game balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.
5. Financial Transactions & Withdrawals
- All deposits, winnings, and payouts are governed by our Pricing & Fee Policy.
- Users must only deposit funds using payment instruments (UPI, Net Banking, Cards) registered in their own legal name.
- Winnings are subject to statutory tax deductions (TDS) as mandated by Indian tax legislation.
6. Intellectual Property & License
All software, graphics, logos, game designs, audio-visual effects, and text on Rummy Mate are proprietary intellectual property owned by Rummy Mate. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for recreational purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Rummy Mate provides services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, network latency, or server interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
8. Modifications & Dispute Resolution
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after updates indicates your acceptance. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith arbitration or subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
